From the minutes of a general meeting of a Luxembourg company:
"L'assemblée générale, réunissant l'intégralité du capital social, après s'être considérée comme régulièrement constituée..."
"capital social" is "share capital", but I'm not sure how to phrase the rest. "Bringing together the entire share capital" doesn't get any google hits, and I have tried a few other combinations without much success. What would we say in English?
