Any idea what this job description would be in English?
Part of specifications for a construction contract, there are various contractors involved, one of them is the "Economiste et Descripteur". At other places in the text it only refers to "Economiste", who seems to have a FInance role, but now I am unsure as i don't know what the "Descripteur" does.
