Japanese term
大額
Japanese to English
Bus/Financial
Law: Taxation & Customs
export
Hello! Please help with finding good English equivalent. I know that the term is used to describe taxation of goods above 201,000 JPY in price, but I dont know what would be the conventional way of putting this into English. There is no context, just the export permit is marked with this word. Thank you.

Might mean something like this. I understand you understand it; it's just that, being unable to find an exact term, I thought that at least offering some sort of general but still understandable answer might help.
In my opinion, it can mean that the item hold by the customs is of high value; or it can mean that the tax charged on that particular item is high. May be you can figure it out of other documents that you have - like the export permit that you've mentioned?

Discussion
There is a conventional way of translating the term. It is "high value declaration", as it describes how customs chose to classify declaration/application for export permit. I ve learnt it from the reference Mr.Detake posted here. His answer was the most helpful, but he refused to take points for it. So I just express my special thanks to Mr. Detake here. Many thanks to others, who tried to help, too. However I have to close the question without giving points to anybody. Sorry.
