This could be the U.S. English version. I understand the distinction between dentist and mouth diseases but I've never heard of stomatology in my life.
Oral Medicine would make sense to me because oral surgery is commonly used as a specialty.
The Medline Plus link from U.S. National Health Service has a Med Term encyclopedia link at the bottom and there's a tab for switching between Spanish and English. One variant of estomatologia and none for stomatology.
The Medicine Net link has a Medical Terms dictionary in English only but no sign of stomatology.

Regarding what Susana mentioned, if you are in fact talking about an association rather than the degree, an association that governs the rights and ethics of dentists in the country for example...depending on the country the document is for, I would research Dental Association of (country/province or state)

It is a common mistake for people to read "colegio" as college. However, in Spain, the "colegio profesional" is usually a board or an institute. The "colegio de arquitectos" doesn't teach architecture as would a college, it is more like the following definitions of "board":

Stomas in greek is mouth and as Susana says stomatology refers to mouth disease
phil: dentistry is just about teeth. stomatology refers to mouth disease (gums and the rest of the soft tissue). don't forget that in spain (i don't know if that is still the case now, but it used to be), dentists were trained as medical doctors (stomatology being a branch of medicine, rather than of dentistry in most countries).
