Rozmawiałam z moją fizjoterapeutką, wg mniej ćwiczenia czynne wspomagane to inaczej ćwiczenia prowadzone i po francusku nie chce byc inaczej wspomagane prze terapuetę albo powadzone przez terapeutę
Glowy nie daję bo może jest jakiś haczyk, ale siedzę w tej dziedzinie już 5 lat
– W tych ćwiczeniach fizjoterapeuta prowadzi ruch odciążając kończynę, a Pacjent współdziała w wykonywaniu ruchu w miarę swoich możliwości. Celem ćwiczeń jest wzmacnianie mięśni przez umożliwienie im pracy , której nie mogłyby wykonać bez pomocy, odtwarzanie i utrwalenie w pamięci wzorców ruchowych w przypadkach niedowładów. Zaleca się wykonywanie ćwiczeń przy osłabionych mięśniach. Liczba powtórzeń oraz tempo ćwiczenia zależą od aktualnej siły mięsni.

exercices actifs
1-L’exercice actif signifie que le patient utilise son
articulation atteinte et la contraction de ses muscles. On
peut adapter ce type d’exercices en augmentant le nombre
des répétitions ou la résistance à mesure que le muscle
se renforce. On peut fabriquer des poids à l’aide de sacs
remplis de sable, de riz, de haricots, etc. On peut aussi
donner de l’amplitude aux mouvements à mesure que les
articulations deviennent plus mobiles et que la raideur
diminue.
2-L’exercice actif assisté signifie là encore que le patient
utilise son articulation atteinte et la contraction de ses
muscles, mais avec l’aide soit du côté indemne de son
corps soit d’une autre personne, en général lorsqu’il est
incapable de donner toute l’amplitude articulaire au
mouvement de la partie atteinte. Ce type d’exercice peut
devenir plus difficile lorsque le patient doit lutter contre la
pesanteur ou autre résistance.
