Dear Writeaway Isabeau, in posting her question, stated that she was particularly interested in the term "Diamantbeurzen". The title as used in the organisation cited in the question itself was correctly translated by Sindy. However, the term "Diamantbeurzen" on its own is translatable as either "Diamond bourses" or "Diamond exchanges" depending on where in the world the exchange or bourse is located. There is nothing new about either of these terms and nothing invented. My discussion note was merely addressing the second part of Isabeau's question - i.e. the "unofficial" request for help with the individual word "Diamantbeurzen". This established term is "easily findable; just a matter of looking". I am not playing around and it is no invention of anything new. It is also not being offered as an alternative answer to Sindy's, but merely as a point of information.

Agree with Textpertise. 'World Federation of Diamond Bourses' and 'Belgian Diamond Bourses', but, for instance 'Dubai Diamond Exchange'.

Worldwide, "Exchanges" sometimes used Diamantbeurzen is sometimes translated as Diamond Exchanges. But in the particular title which is the subject of your question, the word Bourses is correct as per Sindy's answer.
