Russian to English Bus/Financial Finance (general)

This is one of the Opportunities in a SWOT analysis presentation:
• Улучшение условий оплаты путем перехода на чистые отсрочки и увеличение срока
I found a source that explains, among other things, what чистые отсрочки are in Russian (http://www.market-journal.com/planrinka/40.html), but that doesn't really help me find an English translation. I tried Googling "net deferral" and got some hits, but I'm not at all sure they're talking about the same thing. Any ideas?

Alex Marshall Mar 22, 2011: Net deferrals is the safest bet... That would be my guess, especially if the sentence above is truncated and "увеличение срока..." here is in fact a "payables deferral period".
