If you really need to specify the "balisage digestif" bit, although it is understaood in the English phrase "oral administration of contrast agent/medium", you could put "(upper) GI series with oral contrast".

My links are for the purpose of showing use of the expression in English. The fact that neither of them mentions the French term is no counterargument per se, since it could also be applied to your own links, which have no reference to BD whatsoever.

As SJLD writes, this is basically a fancy barium swallow (that's the "par voie haute" bit) . We do not know the nature of the contrast media, so barium swallow is possibly incorrect. It's like trying to read through a keyhole, so it is.
