A client asked me this morning to confirm the russian translation of "ascites fluid" ; please note that the source sentence in English is "Ascites fluid or supernatant of in vitro cultured hybridoma cells".
For information, please note that the client wrote me that it’s the « supernatant » which is stemmed from an In vitro culture of hybridoma cells and not the “ascites”.
The previous russian translation is "асцитическая жидкость или супернатант выращенных in vitro клеток гибридомы"
Hoping that you can answer easily to this question & confirm this russian translation; or, if it’s needed, to correct this sentence.

асцит получают из животных (как правило, мышей)
клеточный супернатант - при культивировании гибридомных клеток

Finally, I'm proposing to the client to amend their previous russian translation "асцитическая жидкость или супернатант выращенных in vitro клеток гибридомы" by "асцитическая жидкость или супернатант гибридомных клеток культивированных in vitro". | Thanks for sending me again your proposal ; as there was no comma in the client sentence, I thought that the comma in russian could have been deleted (just to be sure that the reader understand that "In vitro culture" concerns just the "supernantant" not the “ascites”. But It's ok, I'm proposing your final proposal to the client with the use of a comma.
