２.表示指定成分というのは、使用する人によっては、まれにアレルギー等の皮膚トラブルを起こす原因になる成分です。現在でも、医薬部外品（染毛剤・脱色剤等）については、表示指定成分の表示が義務付けられています。
３.全成分表示に使用される名称は、どのように決められているのですか？
３.米国及びEUにおける成分名称は、「INCI (International Nomenclature for Cosmetic Ingredients “インキ”と呼称) 名称」といって、米国化粧品工業会(CTFA)が中心になって作成されたアルファベット表記による成分名称が使われています。日本では、日本化粧品工業連合会(JCIA)がこのINCI名称を元に日本語に翻訳・音訳して作成した「表示名称」を使用するよう厚生労働省によって指導されています。「表示名称」は、一般に使われている化学名とは違う化粧品専用の成分名称です。
４.どういう順番で表示されているのですか？
