Italian term

1/1 TI

Italian to English Medical Other Acronyms
This is the same report as previous (tongue biopsy) and I'm stuck with the acronym TI.

The sentence goes:
Descrizione macroscopica: sei frammenti, il maggiore di 1x0, 6x0, 2 cm. 1/1 TI

If you can point me in the direction of an Italian> English medical acronym finder it would be much appreciated.

Thanks for your help :-)

Thanks Alison. I'm pretty sure you're right but we can wait and see if anyone else comes up with anything different.

A possibility - please see my reference comment for more details.

TI could stand for tutto incluso - something along the lines of entirely submitted, all submitted, submitted in toto.

This is really little more than a guess, pieced together from the various links I posted. It would be good to get the opinions of others working in the field.

Thanks, Sarah - I'll do that.
Note from asker:
Thanks Alison, I really appreciate your research (especially as this is not even your field of expertise). It looks like it should be tutto incluso/entirely submitted. If you could post that as a response I can select it as an answer.
