I was diagnosed idiopathic pulmonary hypertension. It happens when there's a thickening in the pulmonary veins, making the right side of the heart work overtime, and causing what I call the reverse Grinch effect.

Cred ca o explicatie in acest sens intr-o nota de subsol ar fi potrivita, pt. ca simpla traducere n-are nici un sens.
Aici au tradus termenul "reversul efectului Grinch".
