guaranteed by net worth; pledged by equity

Patrimonio is the net worth of a company, its equity; the assets that constitute wealth.
When you use the company's net worth you are making a guarantee or a pledge based on its equity
Example sentence:

the guarantee it has made based on its net worth ...

based on the pledge it has made on its equity....

asset base

I see this as the company's assets (financial or otherwise) acquired over time, which represents a value for the company. In French, the "asset-based approach" in accounting is "l'approche patrimoniale", which is why I think "asset base" (or something along these lines) might work here.
