Arlete. This is still bugging me. I can't seem to locate Orden Ministerial referred to. For what it is worth, as it is a poder there is a centralized official list I believe in Spain of poder holders of orginazations. This might be a reference by a notary to sending it there for possible removal of maybe a poder it replaces or modifies. I'll have another think tomorrow but I'm still perplexed.

It's all in capitals (BORRE DE ACTOS) and it appears to me it's a separate document, it's on the last page, after the power of attorney:

It sounds like Record Erasure..... but I've never seen or heard of the term before, the fact that it is in capitals suggests it some sort of department, maybe in a notary office?? I think we need more context here.
