This is a British term, for when you don't only rent an office, but a lot of related services (secretarial support, mail handling, phone answering service, tech support etc.) all built into the rent.
And no,
משרדים מאובזרים
is not the right term...
Couldn't find a proper term in Hebrew, although this concept is definitely offered in the market.

Serviced offices, which are also referred to as managed offices, business centers, executive suites or executive centers, are often found in the business districts of large cities around the world.
I think this covers all the aspects you mentioned.

The ideal solution would be something like:
משרדים עם שירותים מלאים
You see my point? :)
In other words, I'm advertising "serviced offices", not "office services"...
עם מכלול שירותי משרד
מעטפת שירותי משרד מלאה
and so on.
I don't think that anyone has coined an official term for this in Hebrew, so why not use the opportunity to do it yourself?
I personally would have used מטעפת שירותי משרד מלאה if it fits the context, but any combination of the above, or others, would probably do the trick.
