English to Arabic Law/Patents Law: Contract(s) Acknowledgement

This is a long proposal for a training course submitted to a reputable agency. Appendices are about agreements between both companies. This one is about the liability of the recipient of services (the other entity for which the proposal is submitted).

"We do hereby agree to ensure that all candidates are informed of their obligations under such terms and conditions by signing the following document prior to the delivery of the course on the day: ..."

As a willing and able candidate, I hereby agree:
That successful completion of the course XXX indicates that I have met required core knowledge and skill objectives."

Please take your time. No need to hurry and no need to be over-literal. It's simply the Arabic legal equivalent; with Legal References if possible.
