Preriscaldate il forno a 190°C.
In un tegame adatto al forno o in una
piccola padella antiaderente, riscaldate

immergete gli hamburger e fate cuocere finché dorati
dai 6 ai 10 minuti in totale girandoli una
volta Trasferite la padella nel forno
e fate cuocere dai 12 ai 15 minuti, finché gli
hamburger sono compatti e ben cotti.

Se fate cuocere una quantità più grande che
starà dentro al tegame, fate dorare gli
hamburger in più riprese e poi trasferiteli in
una teglia o in una rostiera prima
di metterli nel forno.


Secondo me una quantità più grande che starà dentro il tegame sta malissimo!
