| Multumesc mult pentru sugestii si scuze pentru intarzierea cu care raspund. Ma intreb insa daca respectivul "drept real" nu este de fapt altceva decat dreptul de proprietate; sau daca nu poate fi fie una, fie alta: ma gandesc la un drept de folosinta (altfel spus, de uzufruct), gen habitatie viagera. In cazul asta "constituirea dreptului real" nu ar fi acelasi lucru cu transferul de proprietate. |
