Actually, I don't think that any native speaker would say "I am currently employed, but still seeking a new challenge..." I think they would more likely start with their explanation of why they are seeking a new challenge because their resume shows their current employment status. (it is superfluous) But if it must be included in the translation, I think that's how I would say it.

: Not sure about this. Of course a Ns would not SAY this, but it just might be acceptable written English? The "arbeitsrechtlich" position is at least clear here.

The way the source text is phrased the person already appears to be a bit higher on the corporate ladder. I would avoid "employment", otherwise it sounds like the person is usually unemployed...
