Classificazione Sa un po' di eugenetica ma forse in italiano è la cosa che più ci si avvicina: una valutazione delle risorse che poi vengono classificate in una specie di graduatoria, con i criteri stabiliti da chi valuta, ecc.

So this is an advanatage for a company with large departments where (say) 100 employees can be evaluated (say)5 at a time. Valuating, grading, rating are all syns. that be used deending on the context. In Italian I would have to look it up -nithing comes to mind right now.
