"Pursuant to applicable state and federal laws in force in the State of Georgia, United States of America, as a general rule, there is no difference on the basis of the creditors nationality or residence, or the place where the claim is payable, when ranking claims in bankruptcy and/or insolvency proceedings pending in the State of Georgia, United States of America. Therefore, other considerations being the same, claims of a creditor of Argentine nationality or residence and/or claims payable in the Republic of Argentina will rank “pari passu” with claims of the same class of a creditor resident in, and/or any claim of the same class payable in, the State of Georgia, United States of America."
