German to English Tech/Engineering Architecture
This word is used by a firm of architects to describe its design for a school, which has been built as a single, elongated structure.
"Langgezogene, übereinanderliegende Plateaus nehmen das gesamte Programm der Schule auf."

I think they've deliberately chosen an unusual word in German, so you should do the same in English. But if you don't like that idea, you could just say levels.

Long (elongated), stacked level structures accommodate all of the needs (facilities) of the school building.
