En el juicio verbal sumario, hay varias disposiciones, que impiden los incidentes, pero al mismo tiempo si se produjeren estos, los artículos 859 del CPC y 603 del Código de Trabajo, establecen que "ningún incidente que se suscitare en este juicio, sea cual fuere su naturaleza podrá suspender el trámite. Todo incidente será resuelto al tiempo de dictar sentencia".
