Danish term

uopsigelig(hed)

Danish to English Bus/Financial Law: Contract(s) Tenancy agreement
I know the general dictionary meaning of this word, but can anyone suggest a precise English equivalent when speaking of a lease or tenancy?

Sample context: "Lejemålet er fra lejers side uopsigeligt til den 1.1.2012".

non-terminable (lease)

There are different ways of saying this. Christina's suggestion is correct for 'uopsigelighed'. My suggestion is for uopsigelig.
