Aus den o.a. Vorgaengen ist der Strafvorwurf eines gemeinschaftlich begangen Betrugs unter der Praemisse einer gewerbsmaessigen Begehung abzuleiten.
Also: Bedingt durch die o.a. Konstellation der auf mehrfache Begehung angelegten Betrugskonstrukte erscheint es also nicht unwahrscheinlich, dass Zahlungen weiterer Geschaedigter/ggf. auf anderen Konten eingehen und somit Arresthandlungen erfolgsversprechend sind.
