Comparative Study of Dental Attachments
"Universal Prüfmaschine mit PC-Steuerung:
Zuggeschwindigkeit: v = 20mm/min
Zugstrecke (vom Kontakt bis zum maximalen Weg: s = 5.0mm
Anzahl der Messzyklen: n = 10"
From a text about comparing two dental attachments made by different companies.
I've found a couple of possible translations for this word, like "travelling speed" and "strain rate", but am not sure about either of those. Does anyone know of a standard translation for this word? TIA for your help.

Comment: "Thanks Gillian. Actually, "pulling speed" was the first thing that went through my mind when I saw this term, but the most literal translation isn't always correct, and it threw me when the dictionaries either didn't list the word or suggested strange things like "strain rate". However, after your answer and doing some further research on this phrase, I am now confident that "pulling speed" is indeed the correct translation for "Zuggeschwindigkeit". Thanks once again - appreciate your help."

extraction speed
It's a bit hard to say since the word is on its own and not in a wider context but "extraction" makes sense to me.
