English to French Bus/Financial Finance (general) comptabilité/trésorerie

This is part of a document on procurement (for a charity, but could be any other business).
Here is the sentence:
"Procurement person is responsible for requesting cash funds for a Cash Purchase, getting cash request authorization, obtaining the money, purchasing in the market, creating and completing details of the Cash Purchase, and finally proceed to the clearance of the cash float/petty cash voucher."

I know it's got to do with leaving the same amount of money in the cash float, but I need the exact term.
