Should my/our account lack the funds to cover the claims, the account-holding bank is not obliged to redemption. Partial redemptions are not carried out in a direct debit procedure.

Selected
honor a payment in whole or in part
or: honor a transaction in whole or in part.
I would also think about rephrasing your sentence, because I, for my part, have never heard of "obliged to redemption".
This is just a suggestion:
Should my/our account lack the necessary funds to cover the claims, the account-holding bank is not obligated to honor the transaction (payment request or debit request) in whole or in part.
You could even cancel the second sentence.

Hope this helps!
