Have not found the term Wannenflachdach per se anywhere, including my International Dict. of Building Construction (E-FR-GR-IT) by Ulrico Hoepli Editore, Milan. Here are a couple of links, will keep looking and have a question in to an engineer friend in Germany

A Wannenflachdach is usually on a relatively small prefabricated structure like a single or two car garage, or other prefabricated shelters (Michael Harris points out the transformer shelters) and has one drain somewhere in the middle.

Wir kennen Flachdachpfannen. Das sind Dachplatten, die auf geneigten Dächern verlegt werden und theoretisch gäbe es auch Flachdachplatten, die als Wannen ausgebildet werden und innenliegende Abläufe haben. Diese haben kein Gefälle. Vielleicht konnte ich Dir damit helfen.
