It's weird since the text is in portuguese, and this seems to be in english. Do you know what "jat" stands for? Thank you so much!!!

If I recall my "Práticas Administrativas" 8th grade classes correctly, that could be the initials of the person that typed / signed / wrote the report. It could be also an inside reference.
