visto il testo non mi stupirei di nulla, ma a me sembra di capire che i due si abbinano, sì, ma in senso competitivo - anche perché vedo che Vulkollan è appunto poliuretano

"fa il paio" funziona sia nel caso in cui il significato è che carboxylated rubber è *paragonabile* al poliuretano quanto a vantaggi sul vulkollan, sia nel caso in cui il significato è che carboxylated rubber e poliuretano si usano insieme. io, come si capirà, non l'ho capito :)
