Portuguese term

capacitar

Portuguese to English Bus/Financial Human Resources
"Além de poder capacitar mais os seus colaboradores, deveria ter os olhares voltados aos talentos que estão deixando a companhia."

I know the term has two different answers in Proz, but I don't like either of them. Any other suggestions?

train

What about being able to 'train' them?

To give them more 'training'.

Another (different) option.

capacity building

I usually translate this term as "capacity building", adjust the grammar of the sentence accordingly:

- Not only could there be more staff capacity building, but he should also...

Hope this helps ;-)
