Clearing Natural Habitats

The Project footprint has been designed to be as small as possible, while still allowing for successful commercial development of the resource. This will minimize the amount of clearing required during construction. In addition, the only natural habitat to be cleared for the transmission line will be to accommodate pylons supporting the transmission towers and to allow for adequate overhead clearances for the transmission circuits. The transmission lines will be suspended between towers above intact natural habitat and installed with the assistance of helicopters.
