For Belgian French: Do we best use 'tu' or 'vous'?

We are setting up a new Belgian website, and we were discussing on how to talk to our readers: do we use 'tu' or 'vous'? It concerns a website for a weight-loss programme, well-known all over the world. Website purely e-commerce.

vous, sans hésitation, sauf si on s'adresse à des enfants ou à des ados, ce qui n'est manifestement pas le cas ici.
