Un traducteur expérimenté dans les traductions juridiques pourrait-il me donner la définition exacte de "representation" dans ce contexte et expliquer la différence entre "representation" et "warranty". Dans les deux cas, il me semble qu'il s'agit de "garantie(s)", mais j'aurais besoin de précisions.
