Fee Credits: Company's agreements with the limited partners of certain of its investment funds require Company to share a portion of any monitoring and transaction fees received from portfolio companies with such limited partners (“Fee Credits”). Fee Credits exclude fees that are not attributable to a fund’s investment in a portfolio company and generally amount to 80% of monitoring and transaction fees after fund related expenses are recovered.
