To Yasdnil... You are confusing me with your negative entry to Kitty. She suggests INHERIT, you disagree. fair enough, your right. But ... why then do you use the word INHERIT in your remark and I quote:"This has a specific technical meaning ....It implies two classes of objects, one inheriting properties from the other." Am I missing the point somewhere?

it's quite likely there's a better way to say this (appropriate, grab, track even), but what they mean is:

the user accounts of certain users can be taken over ('hijacked' in a sense, but with permission in this case) by someone else, so that this someone else can see what happens (on the computer system) through the eyes of the user.

A bit of a guess without further context, but 'overgenomen gebruikers' could be the equivalent of 'inherited users'.
In your specific case, this would have to be phrased as 'inheritable users' or perhaps 'users to be inherited'.

Users will be automatically inherited from upper categories. You can add more of them by using these select boxes.

Windows allows you to "CREATE" a number of user accounts. This allows these users to use your computer. The administrator then sets the parameters allowed.

Go to Controlpanel then user accounts... (On Windows XP)
That is my understanding of what is wanted here...
