barreling or barreled (as in barreled, put in a barrel)

http://www.thefreedictionary.com/barreling

used as a gerund verb
or "this product is is not barreled"

Hi all, just a note. I am not sure what type of alcohol we are talking about here but if we are talking about alcohol of the type used to power cars as we use here in South America, I am not sure about "bottling". I used barrel because of the association with oil. cheers

user packaging, end-user packaging

Could be "retail packaging" if the context would indicate that the consumer who gets a delivery of the product in bulk is a retail store that re-sells it in its own store packaging.

"packaging" rather than "package" is the correct form of the word, since it is more generic
