"deducir testimonio en una Escritura" (un Notario)

Hola,
Sé lo que es deducir testimonio en general, cuando en juicio, hay por ejemplo un falso testimonio, etc y el juez deduce testimonio, es decir lo retira y da traslado para que se adopten las medidas oportunas ( o algo similar), pero nunca había oido que un notario, en un acta de protocolización, hiciera referencia a que deduce testimonio. En concreto dice: "Yo, el Notario, incorporo a la presente Escritura, fotocopia de la consulta telemática realizada al Registro Mercantil Central, documento que incorporo deduciendo testimonio"

deducing testimony
The sentence says that the Notary attaches a copy of the request, but not the actual reply of that request. Hence, he is deducing the outcome (favourable) and attaching the request to the deed.
