airing audit

This is the common term for tracking the airtime of advertisments.
Please note: 'einschalten' usually refers to watching and 'schalten' to airing ads.

See: "Advertisement airing audit system: The system provides an Internet-based site accessible by customers and broadcasters for tracking the airing of their advertisements."
