to clarify: my suggestion (in full) is sbirka(/slozka) statutarnich listin spolecnosti XXX za rok 2009. By all accounts it doesn't exist in the Czech Republic (and I haven't come across it in Czech annual reports and yearbooks). Also, it is not actually a book (you can insert minutes in it as and when they are drawn up - it also appears to be called a corporation kit). Perhaps sticking with "korporacni" might be best.
