Il progetto e la realizzazione dell’impianto fotovoltaico oggetto del presente bando rispetta integralmente le disposizioni legislative e normative, rilevanti anche ai fini dell’Allegato 1 del Decreto 19 Febbraio 2007: ad esse si farà riferimento in sede di accettazione della fornitura, verifiche preliminari ed in sede di collaudo finale.
Il progetto e la realizzazione dell’impianto fotovoltaico oggetto del presente bando rispetta integralmente le disposizioni legislative e normative, rilevanti anche ai fini dell’Allegato 1 del Decreto 19 Febbraio 2007: ad esse si farà riferimento in sede di accettazione della fornitura, verifiche preliminari ed in sede di collaudo finale.
