Presuming that this is in the context of 'Einzellieferungsverträgen' as in your other query, I would understand these to be individual orders made within the scope of a master agreement. E.g. a translation agency may have a master agreement to supply translations to a client but each time a translation is supplied, this is classed as an 'Einzellieferung'.

since this is presumably a contract for the delivery of a specific quantity of gears over a certain period, I assume part or partial deliveries are meant here.

The was used in the other sentence I quoted for my query on the term "Angebotserklärung" as well as in this sentence:
"Die nachfolgenden Bestimmungen sind Grundlage für künftige Einzellieferungen zwischen dem Auftraggeber und Auftragnehmer und schließen jedwede andere Vereinbarung aus"
I guess you could say the context is rather vague.
