Hola Claudia, me parece que hay una confusión.
"déroger" una ley, una regla, quiere decir transgredir, contravenir, infringir o violar.
"derogar" quiere decir abolir, anular y por lo menos en el Uruguay es el Poder Legislativo el que deroga una ley, no los presentes estatutos.
"La Ley de sociedades comerciales así como sus modificaciones posteriores será aplicada (o encontrará su aplicación) allí donde no haya sido ....... por los presentes estatutos"
