Full context as follows:
Горит душа, горит путёвка! Мы уезжаем на Майорку!
Если обычно отдых в Египте обходится не менее 2,5 тысячи долларов на семью из четырех человек, то "горящая путевка" на одно лицо с вылетом на следующий день из Москвы стоит порядка 300 условных единиц. Цены на путевки в Турцию чуть дешевле египетских , но разницу может заметить только тонкий ценитель заграничного тура.
I think there is a play in connection with the term "горящая путевка"
Thanks in advance for your suggestions

This can be punned but can be left explicitely.

: But I thought that Russian "Горит душа"≈ I need to wet my whistle, isn't it?

hot to trot, ticket in hand/ready to go
hot to trot, meaning eager to go (as opposed to the other interpretation, i.e., sexual)
ticket in hand, i.e., papers in order, ready to go

: You've nailed it down. I'd go with the native speaker's version.

: Unfortunately, the key part is missing. 'Горит душа' здесь только в усиление сочетания 'ГОРИТ ПУТЁВКА'

: "Путёвка горит" means that thare in the travel agency in times of non-commercial USSR is a complete chock-a-block:the "ready to go" are desperate to get a deal. The situation is very-very hot, the deal is "burning"...

Burning hearts need hot last-minute deals
Burning hearts need hot last-minute deals
Something like this. A pun: heat from a heart that "burns" (figuratively) and heat from hot deals ("горящая путевка" is not exactly the same as "hot deal", so I've inserted last-minute as well).

Go for a hot trip, go for a hot ticket!
Maybe something like that could get the repetition, as well as the difference.

That is, "go for" in two different senses and "hot" in two different senses.

: you miss the important part about the soul, which does mean a lot

Thanks for commenting. I think that in a tourism biz context, copying the Russian "soul" makes it sound goofy in English. Notice that the two native-speaker suggestions, mine and Judith's, avoided that. My attempt: convey the soul's passion with a verb.

When we say "путёвка горит" it means that some one is just about to buy it, could be anybody.
