bailee and bailor Борис, в амер. варианте ответственного хранения, есть вариант, когда bailee (поклажеполучатель???) может в период ответственного хранения пользоваться положеным поклажедателем (???) предметом в форме уплаты за предоставляемую услугу хранения. Это скорее исключение из правил, а не правило. Как правило, bailment - это точное соответствие российскому ответственному хранению. Товар доставлен, получатель не принял либо не оплатил, товар отправляется на ответственное хранение до окончания разборки.

опред. ответств. хран. Ответственное хранение - обязательство по хранению, которое возникает в силу закона. Отвественное хранение возникает при отказе организации-покупателя (получателя) от акцепта платежного требования либо при отказе от принятия продукции, забракованной как несоответствующей стандартам, техническим условиям, образцам.

(Bailment does not imply an arrangement for hire, or even that bailee is liable for loss or damage. These provisions are both part of a bailment contract.)
В данном случае, само лучше быть буквально.
