In the procedure to calibrate an Adaptive Cruise Control radar :
End turn the laser unit and aim it towards the laser scale again.

What does to End turn mean here?

I don't think so, that wouldn't make much sense; I imagine it has to be pointed backwards for alignment purposes, and then turned back to the front again for operation. As ever, knowing more about the overall context would help enormously... but going just on the language alone, this is how I would understand it: turn it end-for-end (i.e. so it faces exactly the opposite way).
