More general I used "hassle reduction" and am waiting to hear back (meeting was this a.m.). It was Teresa's "stress-reducing" and the tenor of the other examples that sent me in this direction. There is a good deal of discussion about eliminating "duplicated work" and "complicated decision-making processes." A less weasly translation might be "efficiency gains" or "less coordination effort" since something like that is otherwise missing from the list. Will post the definitive answer for this case, if and when I get it.

Yes, and I will of course post an answer if I get one I always make a list and send it along; I don't always get feedback, but this one is worth pursuing. Problem is, it's one of a number of brief examples from previous projects conducted elsewhere.

Possibly reduction of hassle and red tape within the company. Seems these are not the Q criteria per se, but the criteria used to rate a proposed course of action to improve quality.
