grinding room / area

Definitely has to do with grinding and it seems you are dealing with an agricultural context, maybe a meat processing plant?

I think 'broierie' refers more to a place rather than a device.

I don't see

the connection between grinding rooms (or cabines, for that matter) and fire safety. Sas, yes. Could it be a typo? What is the start of the sentence? What sort of building is this in? etc.

crushing/grinding

Crushing and grinding of combustible chemical substances may pose a fire hazard.

Probably this is in the context of a chemical processing factory.

Or if refer to the machine itself, maybe crushing/grinding machine or crusher/grinder?

Could it be in a submarine, so \'<rubbish> compactor\' ?
If in a submarine, \'cabin\' and \'airlocks\' make sense.

neutral Bourth (X) : In the sentence I take "cabines, broierie, sas" to be "moyens de sécurité incendie"

Fire containment (temporary escape) cabin? Fire escape airlock? Just guessing.
