In einer PowerPoint-Präsentation werden verschiedene Marketingkonzepte untersucht. Unter dem Titel "Exploring 'Marketing Orientation' sind 2 Punkte angegeben:
1. An unrelenting focus on 'providing a *total value solution* for the customer (Bitner and Brown, 2008)
2. The customer's viewpoint and value to the end customer must be considered throughout the product/service innovation process.
Bin mir nicht sicher, ob 'total value' auf Englisch gelassen werden sollte oder hier vielleicht Maximalwert-Lösung passen würde. Kennt sich jemand aus?

Maximal Wert ist nicht schlecht. not sure, whether Komplettwert Loesung is really better...total value usually means more than just $$, (like less maintenance, reduced operations costs, .... less customer follow-up, stuff you cannot necessary measure easily in $)...
